The Job Safety Analysis (JSA) encourages each and every crewmember to pre-plan for any task that is required of them. The JSA is a simple tool that can be applied to the most complex of tasks. The JSA is a form that poses a series of questions and answers relevant to any job our crewmembers may incur onboard our vessels. The JSA ensures that all jobs can be pre-planned to ensure they are then carried out by the safest possible means. Many times, our employees are asked to participate in a JSA by the companies that contract our vessels. Working hand in hand with our contracting companies provides a safer working experience for all. The JSA is one crucial element of SEACOR Marine's Four Pillars to Safety.
