SEACOR utilizes behavior-based safety schemes, safety incentive programs and an emphasis on face-to-face interaction among equipment operators, safety managers and line managers to strengthen the safety culture - a fundamental process towards the target of GOAL ZERO.
The winners of the Safety Lottery are recognized for promoting and exercising personal safety, protection of the environment and the safety of the people around them.
The Safety Award Lottery is held in the Americas division. To be eligible to participate in the lottery, employees must not have an incident in the preceeding Quarter.
